This might sound familiar.

You don't hate your job. That's part of the problem. It's good enough to stay, which means you keep staying, past the point where it's actually working for you.

You've done the research. You understand burnout. You've tried the time blocking, the therapy, the stronger boundaries. You've made progress in some areas and slipped back into old patterns in others.

You know what you're supposed to do. Doing it consistently is a different story.

What you actually want is to stop thinking about work the moment your day ends. To make a decision without replaying it for hours. To rest without the guilt that follows you into the weekend. To trust yourself to be enough without having to constantly prove it.

There's something underneath all of it you probably haven't said out loud yet. Somewhere along the way, work became the place you earn your worth. And you're exhausted.

The advice isn't wrong.

It's just not going deep enough.

Time blocking, better sleep, stronger boundaries. None of it is bad advice. But those tools work on the surface. They don't reach the thinking underneath. The patterns that drive you to check Slack before you're awake, to say yes before you're sure, to push past your own limits because being reliable feels like the safest option.

Understanding those patterns intellectually isn't the same as actually changing them. That gap, between knowing and living differently, is exactly where coaching lives.

What coaching actually is:

Coaching isn't advice. It's not me handing you a framework to implement on your own. It's a structured, supported process where we look directly at what's driving your experience and build your capacity to respond to it differently.

We use a tool called the Self-Coaching Model, rooted in cognitive behavioral principles, to understand how your thinking is shaping your feelings, your actions, and your results. Not to force positivity. To give you real insight into what's happening and where you actually have power to change it.

I also coach with a feminist lens. That means we hold the reality of systemic forces, demanding workplaces, bad management, and a culture that equates worth with output, alongside your own agency. Both things are true at once. You didn't create these conditions. And you have more power inside them than you might realize right now.

What working together looks like:

  • 6 sessions over 8 weeks, with one week off built in each month
  • 45 minutes per session on Zoom.
  • Voxer support between sessions, so you're not waiting until your next call if something comes up
  • Option to continue beyond 8 weeks if we both want to keep going

You set the agenda for every session. There's no preset curriculum. What you need most is what we work on. The focus of each engagement is entirely yours, because burnout shows up differently for every woman, and the work should reflect that.

The investment:

$1,150, or two payments of $575.

This isn't a course you complete on your own. It's a real coaching relationship, and the shifts you make in it are yours to keep long after our work ends.
